Who we are
The Italian Society of General Microbiology and Microbial Biotechnology (SIMGBM) is one of Italy’s scientific societies dedicated to the study of microbiology and is composed of more than 500 researchers.
SIMGBM’s mission is to promote and advance the microbial sciences through conferences and educational opportunities.
In addition, SIMGBM provides a strong network for researchers from academia, industry, and the clinical world.
