The European Federation of Biotechnology and the organisers are delighted to invite you to Milan to attend the 7th Conference on Physiology of Yeasts and Filamentous Fungi.

PYFF is a series that began in Denmark in 2001 and has continued with a meeting every 3 years since then: Middelfart (2001), Anglet (2004), Helsinki (2007), Rotterdam (2010), Montpelier (2013) and Lisbon (2016).

The underlying aim of the PYFF series is to bring together a strong interdisciplinary cohort of researchers, at all stages of their careers, who share an interest in applied and basic aspects of the physiology of yeasts and filamentous fungi. It also provides a forum to link fundamental metabolism and physiology with application in biotechnology and so has a strong intersectoral dimension. It is a successful series that generally attracts 250 – 300 delegates.
